  • INFOBALT – an association for the information and communication technology industry that aims to create the best conditions for the development of the local ICT market and promote the Lithuanian ICT sector globally. 
  • MITA the Agency for Science, Innovation and Technology is a governmental institution that facilitates cooperation between local and international partners while promoting collaboration within Lithuania between businesses and the sciences. 
  • Teltonika High-Tech Hill – an institution (soon to be opened) dedicated to providing the best possible environment for curious and creative minds to learn, create and contribute to the Internet of Things. 
  • Sunrise Valley Science and Technology Park – a non-profit organisation that aims to drive entrepreneurship, promote collaboration between business and science, and provide infrastructure and support to innovative and knowledge-based businesses.
  • Northtown Vilnius is a public institution developing modern infrastructure and providing specialised consulting services for innovative businesses. It provides specialised innovation support, incubation and acceleration services, promotes business and science partnerships, and more.
  • Education institutions. Four education institutions run higher education programmes in ICT field: Vilnius University, Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Vilnius technology and design college and Vilnius college.
  • Retraining academies. Four academies offer a variety of ICT courses for professional re-training and competence improvement: CodeAcademy, Vilnius Coding School, Baltic Talents and Academija IT. 
  • LOGIN. The largest innovation festival in the Baltics, aka the celebration of digital culture. It focuses on innovation and progress giving the best insights a glance into the future. 
  • Build Stuff. A Software Development Conference bringing world-class speakers to share about the latest developments, trends and innovations, as well as new directions in software development. 
  • Financial incentives aimed at fostering innovation, including the opportunity to deduct R&D-related expenses up to three times in the tax period they are incurred. Moreover, the City of Vilnius has also implemented a reduced 5% corporate income tax rate that can be applied to profits derived from the commercial exploitation of patented inventions.
