ChemClimCircle-2 -Pioneering Sustainable Procurement for a Greener Future (E-project)

The ChemClimCircle-2 (CCC-2) project addresses the urgent need to integrate climate protection, circularity, and chemical reduction in public procurement. As municipalities and regional authorities across Europe oversee large-scale procurement for public facilities—including construction, infrastructure development, public transport, urban renewal and others—they hold a key opportunity to drive the transition to a climate-neutral and sustainable future.

Supported by Interreg Baltic Sea Region, the CCC-2 project builds on the successes of its first phase, offering tools and knowledge to help public organizations foster demand for eco-friendly products and services.

Through 50 pilot use cases across 9 municipalities and 3 regions, the project will integrate an innovative approach to the Green Public Procurement. We invite you to collaborate, pilot the innovative ChemClimCircle-2 approach, and help build a cleaner, greener built environment.
