VYŠNIOS (Karaliaučiaus str. 33, Vilnius)

VYŠNIOS is a residential community in Vilnius, offering low-rise homes surrounded by blooming Lithuanian and Japanese cherry orchards, with a 3-hectare recreational area featuring playgrounds, walking paths, and relaxation zones.

From the very beginning, VYŠNIOS has attracted great interest, and in 2024, it became the most popular residential development project in Lithuania. Currently, the third phase of the project is under development, with the fourth phase set to begin in 2025.
