St. Jacobs - 18 000 m2 - Mixed-use development - Vasario 16-osios str. 1
The Church of Sts. Philip and James in Vilnius with a monastery has been a cohesive complex since the beginning of the 18th century, with the first secular hospital in Vilnius. For a long time, the neighbourhood was the main attraction in the Lukiškės suburb, dominated by public uses – in addition to the hospital and church, there was a garden, school, pharmacy, and ice cream parlor operating here. Abandoned in early 2000.
After reconstruction, a 272-room high-class hotel with a conference centre, lyceum and office facilities will be opened near the Church and monastery. After many years the whole complex with unique outdoor gardens will be publicly re-opened.
Scheduled to start operations by the year of 2025
