As Young As Vilnius Music Festival

21-25 July 2023

On 25 July, Vilnius will be celebrating the feast day of St Christopher, its patron saint. But everyone is starting the celebration early, with parties all over the city! The music, summer fun in the open air, and hustle and bustle will be downright contagious. The best way to thank the city’s patron, who is depicted on our coat of arms, is to make Vilnius’ name famous.

The MO Museum is inviting audiences to the exhibition that features the hottest social, political and cultural topics of Vilnius in the 1980s, as well as works that were ideologically unacceptable and banned from being shown to the public.

Vilnius city fiesta

1-3 September 2023

During the first weekend of September, Vilnius has a tradition of kicking off the new season with the free Vilnius City Fiesta. Performances by Lithuanian and foreign groups, along with special festival events and exhibitions, are a chance for everyone to discover popular places in Vilnius as well as some of its more remote corners.
