Upon joining, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create, develop, and implement an investment attraction strategy for Vilnius,
  • Identify the needs and challenges of potential investors, create a value proposition for the city, and shape an image that makes the city attractive for investments,
  • Not only participate in and represent Vilnius at international exhibitions and conferences but also actively promote Vilnius as a development destination,
  • Analyze market trends, competitive environments, and other economic and vital indicators needed for activity development,
  • Manage projects and their budgets in accordance with best management practices, analyzing their outcomes and efficiency.

  • You are knowledgeable in micro and macroeconomics, business, and urban investment attraction,
  • Constant communication and collaboration will be your daily routine, so as a proactive and communicative person, you will excel in this role,
  • You are skilled in project management and feel confident managing large-scale projects independently.
  • You possess excellent public speaking skills in both Lithuanian and English,
  • Being fluent in English and Lithuanian, you have the ability to balance professionalism with witty insights, leaving others impressed with your language skills,
  • Challenges and unheard-of questions inspire you not with fear, but motivate you to learn and find solutions.

  • Anticipated monthly salary, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications: 2400 - 3000 EUR (gross).
