Cyber City’s developers set their sights on transforming the Naujamiestis eldership in Vilnius into the Lithuanian equivalent of Silicon Valley. Maintaining a relationship with the neighbourhood’s industrial past, the complex was built in the historic spot of the legendary Sparta textile factory.
Spanning 35,000 square meters, “Cyber City” is a cutting-edge real estate initiative offering versatile office spaces, including meeting and event areas, with a capacity for up to 200 guests. These spaces are fully equipped with modern video, audio, and filming equipment to ensure seamless event execution.
Adjacent to the event spaces, an expansive lounge features the "30|30" exhibition from Lürzer’s Archive. The venue also highlights a transparent glass wall that frames scenic views of one of “Cyber City’s” inner courtyards, complete with a historic chimney that once adorned the factory’s grounds – a delightful setting for breaks during warmer seasons.
“Cyber City” is home to nearly 3,000 employees and serves as the unified hub for Hostinger and other Tesonet companies, including Nord Security, Surfshark, Oxylabs, CyberCare, and Atlas VPN. Beyond office space, Cyber City has a range of amenities for its citizens’ work-life balance: co-working areas, shops, cafes, a bar, a gym, and a courtyard with an amphitheatre open to the public.
