The hotel's three conference halls and spacious conference lobby area offer a total of 305 square meters of event space. Together, the conference halls can accommodate up to 140 people at one time, while the biggest hall -  up to 90 people.

Guests are welcome to stay in one of five categories of rooms: 56 standard rooms, 60 business class rooms, 4 junior suites, 2 studio apartments, or 2 apartments. The property has a fully-restored Neringa restaurant, seating 195 people, Neringa Lobby Bar - 38 people, Neringa Basement Bar - 80 people and Neringa Rooftop Bar - 60 people.
