MO Museum is a modern art museum established by Lithuanian scientists and philanthropists Danguolė and Viktoras Butkus, and designed by renowned architect Daniel Libeskind. The collection of 5,000 modern and contemporary pieces contains major Lithuanian artwork from the 1950s to the present. With a total area of nearly 3,500 square metres, the building is very compact and fits in seamlessly with the urban framework that surround it.
MO Museum has two indoor spaces that can be used for various events: a lobby for up to 250 participants, an events and cinema hall for up to 100 participants, and a rooftop terrace that can accommodate up to 110 participants. The MO Museum is an excellent place for modern art lovers.
