PANCARS introduces an exciting incentive activity for both small and large groups of over 210 people, featuring a fleet of 40 historic cars. This tailor-made orienteering competition takes participants on a thrilling team-building adventure through the streets of Vilnius, offering a perfect blend of entertainment, fun, and friendly competition. Whether it's a sunny summer day or a winter session, PANCARS provides an engaging way to discover Vilnius while creating lasting memories. 

The individual routes are thoughtfully designed to showcase either the iconic sightseeing views of the capital city or the lesser-known hidden gems cherished by the locals. This activity goes beyond a simple tour; it becomes a spirited competition among teams. Each location, object, or site discovered and completed by the teams earns them points, ultimately determining the winners at the finish line. The entire incentive typically lasts around 3 to 3.5 hours, and teams are comprised of 2 to 3 people. 

PANCARS offers various configurations to cater to different group preferences. Options range from the "City Tour" or "City Rally," which involve personalised routes with checkpoints scattered throughout Vilnius, to the engaging "Graffiti, Street & Stencil Art Workshop On the Cars." During the workshop, participants are divided into smaller work groups, and each assigned a car or a part of it, where they can unleash their inner artistic potential under the guidance of professional artists.
