New AC Hotel by Marriott to Open in the Heart of Vilnius

A new AC Hotel by Marriott is soon to open in the heart of Vilnius, positioned to become one of the city’s premier accommodation options. 

The AC Hotel will cater to professionals, featuring a contemporary design with a thoughtfully curated interior and meticulous attention to detail, creating a comfortable and functional environment. The hotel will offer 270 rooms and four conference rooms, each accommodating up to 96 attendees. These conference rooms can be combined to create a spacious hall that holds approximately 400 participants in a theatre-style setup. Additionally, the hotel will feature a large restaurant for delegates' lunches and a lounge bar for receptions and networking. 

The hotel’s modern conference centre and convenient location provide easy access to Vilnius’s central business district, just a few minutes away. The pricing strategy will be tailored to meet the diverse expectations of its clientele. 

The investment fund has partnered with Appex Alliance, an international hotel management company, to operate the hotel. Appex Alliance is a rapidly growing company specialising in hotel development and management services across Europe, with its headquarters in Vilnius. The group currently oversees hotel development and management activities in Italy, Romania, Poland, Lithuania, and Latvia, managing a total of 17 hotels. 

The new AC Hotel by Marriott aims to welcome its first guests by summer 2025.
