Vilnius continues to evolve, seamlessly blending its rich historical heritage with modern opportunities. This transformation extends to the city's offerings for meeting planners, where tradition and innovation harmonize for the benefit of delegates.
TechFusion’s hometown now boasts an exceptional venue for events: the Transformation Hall, a sprawling 1000 sq. m. space located within the Energy and Technology Museum. This versatile hall accommodates up to 200 participants, making it ideal for conferences, networking events, and performances. At its core, within a Faraday cage, reside two of the largest Tesla coils in the Baltic countries, which serve as a testament to the scientific marvel and offer a mesmerising musical performance of electricity. The Transformation Hall was conceived to inspire a profound interest in science and technology, with each exhibit seamlessly blending historical narratives with interactive challenges.
The Conti Hotel, recently renovated with a modern touch, extends a warm welcome to delegates. Nestled in the heart of Vilnius Old Town, this historic building now offers 80 contemporary guestrooms, including three apartments and six suites. The hotel features three well-equipped conference halls with seating capacities of 112, 62, and 46. To tantalize palates, the refurbished City Port restaurant offers seasonal dishes inspired by both international and local cuisines.
The Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva, Vilnius’s largest conference hotel with 17 multifunctional halls, has introduced its freshly revamped flagship restaurant. Within this dining venue, there is a dedicated section that offers a breathtaking panorama of the Neris River, making it an ideal setting for exclusive receptions capable of hosting up to 150 participants. The entire restaurant can accommodate up to 300 guests for a seated lunch or as many as 500 for a standing buffet reception. Additionally, the hotel is introducing a brand-new Italian cuisine restaurant, Piazza, designed to provide a fine dining experience for up to 46 guests.
