ITF President David Haggerty remarked, “We are thrilled to announce the Lithuanian Tennis Union as the host for the 2025 ITF World Coaches Conference. Lithuania's commitment to tennis development over the past decades has been exemplary.”
Ramūnas Grūšas, President of the Lithuanian Tennis Union, expressed his pride that the ITF has chosen Vilnius and SEB Arena for this important event, “It’s a great responsibility, but also an incredible opportunity to further grow tennis in Lithuania, the Baltic States, and the wider Central and Eastern European region.”
“SEB Arena is one of the best tennis centers I have seen in the world - not just in terms of its number of courts, but also its world-class academy and range of professional services. It’s no surprise that the ITF has recognized it as a national training center.” - Miguel Crespo, Head of the ITF Coach Education Department, commented on the conference venue.
The central court of SEB Arena can accommodate 1,200 delegates and host world-class tennis tournaments, as well as competitions in other sports, conferences, concerts, and art events. The arena’s mobile stands transform more than 1,500 sq. m of space, offering high versatility. Its modern infrastructure makes it an ideal venue for sports and entertainment events alike.
