The upcoming Vilnius Pink Soup Fest invites you to a pink walking competition!

On 31 May, the capital of Lithuania will be the epicentre of a unique celebration: Vilnius Pink Soup Fest will paint the city pink and become an event full of flavours and fun. Thousands of local and international gourmets will be able to taste not only the traditional cold soup, but also the new and unexpected experiences. One of them is the first ever walking competition in honour of cold pink soup, where participants will be invited to wear pink and march through the streets of Vilnius full of entertainment and gastronomic discoveries.

Shared experiences unite the participants of the celebration

The first Pink Soup Walking Competition is a novelty in the programme of the third year of the festival. Participants will be invited to dress up in costumes inspired by the pink soup theme and contribute to the special festive mood. In addition, the steps walked at the end of the competition will become a symbolic currency that can be exchanged for cold pink soup at the festival.

Fun surprises are waiting for you

The first cold pink soup walking competition is scheduled to start at 10 a.m. at Tymo Market, where the participants will also finish the race. Walkers will walk 10.5 km and will take 15 000 steps, and by downloading the free Walk15 app, they will be able to track their route and record their steps, which can then be exchanged for cold pink soup ingredients or treats for pets at the special steps market.

There will also be special Pink Soup Fest medals for all participants at the finish line, and the organisers promise to impress you with unexpected surprises along the route.
