In 1996, we established the first FORTAS restaurant on Algirdas street, at a time when restaurant culture in Lithuania was only slowly starting to develop. More than two decades of improvisations and testing recipes allowed us to perfect the tastes of our specialty dishes and to select the best drinks, which have our guests returning time and time again. “FORTAS – for that which is real!” — this value is the guarantee of our success.
