Step 1. APPLY- fill in the on-line application form at least two months prior to the event date.
Step 2. APPROVAL - the evaluation process of the application takes up to two weeks.
Step 3. NOTIFICATION OF THE APPROVAL STATUS - an e-mail notification on the status and support details will be sent to the applicant.
Step 4. EVENT EXECUTION
Step 5. SUBMISSION OF EVENT RESULTS - the report should be submitted within twenty days after event completion.
Step 6. GRANT PAYMENT - the grant is paid to the requesting organizer within two weeks.
