Financial Support Scheme
Vilnius Convention Bureau provides comprehensive support to international conferences held in Vilnius through their entire cycle from bidding to promotion and hosting. The following steps and rules will guide you through the process.
Step 1. APPLY- fill in the on-line application form at least two months prior to the event date.
Step 2. APPROVAL - the evaluation process of the application takes up to two weeks.
Step 3. NOTIFICATION OF THE APPROVAL STATUS - an e-mail notification on the status and support details will be sent to the applicant.
Step 4. EVENT EXECUTION
Step 5. SUBMISSION OF EVENT RESULTS - the report should be submitted within twenty days after event completion.
Step 6. GRANT PAYMENT - the grant is paid to the requesting organizer within two weeks.
